Hotel itself is clean and well cared for. The room was very clean and comfortable. HOT showers which was perfect! Not too far from bus stations or train stations. Grocery store and restaurants a short walk away. The staff very kind and friendly! Breakfast available! Keep in mind it's location as well - to get closer to Mt. Fuji it's about 1.5 - 2 hours away by bus/train. We preferred staying here than up top with the crowds.

We stayed as a last minute decision but details on the web site were just as expected so no complaints. We were arriving late in a car so a place with parking was high on our wish list and this didn’t disappoint, really easy access from the main road. Place was very clean and tidy through and through, great breakfast too. I loved it that a lot of people came to breakfast wearing their Pygamas (provided by hotel), wish I had gone down in mine even though the fit wasn’t quite the same as other patrons.

Excellent staff and facilities. Very clean with great amenities. Breakfast was excellent, but did not use the spa.

The cleanness is exceed my expectation and whole hotel is non smoking. I really love they even have onsen in this scale of hotel. Very close to convenient store. Also the hotel have lots of parking space for car.

It’s clean, they have good amount of breakfast selection, the area is near to restaurants and the spa area is small but clean and nice

We travelled as a family of 5 with kids 1, 3, 5 years old. We like the spacious room, white sheets, cleanliness, and free Breakfast. We were driving from Tokyo to Osaka so the proximity to the motorway IC and free parking were also very convenient.

Good location if you have a car to travel towards Mt. Fuji as there isnt much local public transport. Fabulous views around the hotel and the spa was delightful.

The Ab hotel Fuji, the staff were great, breakfast was okay, the beds weren’t comfy. Very noise hotel as the walls weren’t sound proof. Only ended up staying 1 night and the refund process was very easy and staff was very understanding.
